hello it's been 3 and a half weeks that I've been trying to play any game on my macbook and geforce now gives me this error code every time. I inquired and it seems that it is either a proxy problem coming from my internet service provider, or an IPv4/6 address problem. I sought help from my provider and he is unable to help me. so I put my last hope here before permanently closing geforce now. Could you help me? thanks in advance.

I did everything you advised me: I (with the help of chatgpt because I'm bad at that) deactivated my firewall for geforce now, I wrote lines of code in my terminal to open the ports, I think it worked, the ports are open, but geforce now still did not launch the games. so I uninstalled it then reinstalled it, it still doesn't work....
