Is everything on your device up to date? Please check if it is or not. Also, is this GFN or GFE. If it's GFE then you're in the wrong server.

Is everything on your device up to date? A weird one, can you try another game too please and also try changing the directory in which the clips are stored.

also i showed this to my friend on stream and when i checked the video there was a really loud buzzing sound
