Is it Turkish?
Is it happening after you putting your credentials and the browser redirecting to the app back?
Check this post and see if it helps:

Yea
Bro
I go online and there is no proxy text.
If you have another device to test, give it a try. To see if something in your connection isn't blocking your access.
If it doesn't work and you use Game+, send them an email: [email protected]
I don't have any other devices
I don't use Game+
Will it get better in the morning?
You're using NVIDIA, then. So, it's easier to contact their support.
Use Live Chat: https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/chat/chat_launch/
This error occurred today, this error did not exist yesterday
Okay
But it's not related to GFN itself. Otherwise, you would see a LOT of users saying "Fix your thing, NVIDIA. It's not working."
Try to contact NVIDIA, as I mentioned above, send them that screenshot or inform that error code.
They should be able to point you directions to fix it.
Try using a Incognito/InPrivate tab.
It's a known error and happens almost everytime.
Try again later, then.
😦
After a tiny research of 1 minute on Reddit:
ERROR CODE: 0X00000097
This error code means that you are connected to 2 different networks which is causing the system to not work or ''Crash" bc it cant determine which network to use. This usually happens when you are using a proxy or VPN while your connected to your Wi-Fi it can also happen if your using a physical Connected Wi-Fi as in plugged in to the router and so fourth while being connected to the Wi-Fi wirelessly. My suggestion for this is that if your using a proxy server or VPN while connected to the Wi-Fi is to turn it (VPN) off when you start loading into your game or as soon as it say's "You're turn is up! be read it'll only take a minute" so that it loads using your regular Wi-Fi, and yes for those of you who are in school and have a Chromebook that the school has given you This works if you are using a Proxy server or as we call it "Un-blocker" because once u start loading in most Proxy servers aren't well suited for games so once you start loading and you turn it off it will bypass your domain's Firewall allowing you to play games because the Proxy server already unblocked it and now that you have disconnected it goes back to regular Wi-Fi so if you have good Wi-Fi it should run just fine.
For the one's who have tried this also and still get the same error it is because your Proxy is only connecting to one port each Time it connects after that first time so it wont work anymore and a simple solution to this is to go to settings and go to Wi-Fi or internet setting and go to where it say's Proxy and turn on Auto detect and turn off The manual setup and then it should be Fixed.
I'm on wifi, there is no proxy
And if you're VPN, it might be the cause.
I have a VPN but I don't use it
Sure there is the Proxy in Wifi
"A proxy server is an intermediary server that retrieves data from an Internet source, such as a webpage, on behalf of a user. They act as additional data security boundaries protecting users from malicious activity on the internet.
When you visit a website, the proxy server communicates with it on behalf of your browser. Then, when the website answers, the proxy forwards the data to you."
In summary we all have the Proxy
If on Windows Click Start and select Settings (the gear icon) from the Start menu.
Choose Network & Internet.
Click Proxy in the left panel.
Here you will find the information you need related to automatic proxy settings and manual proxy settings.
But the 0x097 error it just says that the 2 connections you have are in conflict.
Anyway, there are tutorials on the web. I don't have the time to explain it to you.
I repeat, It's better to talk directly with Nvidia.
Try to test again, in the maintime with the VPN, without it etc..
If it persists, contact NVIDIA Support directly via Live Chat or Support Ticket.
You fixed the problem? If, so, great.
