Android GFN low bandwith

Hello, i have ultimate membership, 200/50mbs mobile internet 5g with unlimited data plan. I tried many settings, and now lately the games are sluttering and look terrible, like a week ago everything was completly fine. Any recommended settings that i should use? i did test in gfn and everything was fine and more than recommended.

exactly lol i dont have any packet loss but like i have 250mbs internet set it to 75 in gfn and it still uses like fkng 15 mbs max in game and then everygame looks like crap and always says low bandwith even tho my internet connection is stable
