I've contacted support and I've been waiting for a week and a half for a response. Is there any way I can fix this? They told me to wait in my email. Responded once telling me to do something. Didn't work and I told them and since then I got no response

They told me to open my session and close the command in the launch option. They are tech support. They should know I can't do that if I said I can't open anything steam related. As it crashed instantly
