I have the ultimate plan on gfn and my friend changed my streaming quality, after launching a game the quality was horrible and the stats said the stream fps was around 8. So i reset my streaming quality on gfn and launched a new session and the stream quality is still laggy. How do i fix this?

Also when i run the same game on the same acc on gfn on my phone i have high framerate but my ping is also high
