Whenever i move my mouse in a certain direction, the input cuts off and a second later it registers again. im not too sure if its a network issue a hardware issue or a game issue.

my download seems to hover around 30-50 mbps, but my upload is alot better
my isp has been having some issues as of late, it might be related to that
theres a router downstairs but where im located im directly above it

It might be issues with your ISP then if you are experiencing issues, probably the way they're routing you or packet loss, but you can try running ethernet if you are running wireless or just factory resetting the router, but like you said, it most likely is the issues with your ISP.

For me its only when im in a match so it cant be the ISP

ive been noticing some others have the same issue as me, so thats really non confirming that its my ISP or not
