AC creed laggs I cant join

Hello, I have this problem already like 1 month or smth I have gfn ultimate and can't play ac mirage it always laggs and stops and I can't play the game. It always stops here ( look at the picture). Can u please help

Can you try another server location and can you try doing Alt + Enter in-game to make the game windowed please.

I mean I changed my location too but it didn't help

Wdym with other suggestion? U mean alt+enter? If I click it, nothing happens. I mean if I click it, I don't get the game windowed
