I played WZ 2 before without any issue, since WZ3 has launched I was never able to find a match whatsoever. I've changed regions on GFN constantly, with no solutions to be offered.

I've seen other similar issues around, and would it be true that I may have been shadowbanned due to playing on a VM? How long does a shadowban stay on my account, because after all it doesn't seem that I'm the only one receiving this injustice.

I hope that I have informed everyone well, and hope to get a response as soon as possible.

<200 ping normally means you are shadow banned.

You cant appear the ban until the outcome has been finalised. If the website still says under review then all there is to do is wait the until it goes away.
