Hi I'm fairly new to Geforce NOW I recently got the 20 dollar pass but it has not been working properly at all.
I'm getting perfectly fine frame rate and resolution but absolutely horrendous ping spikes all the time 😭
My internet is perfectly fine i have around 70-80mbps available but for some reason its only using like 10-20 (i have set the allowed bit rate to max and it still has this issue)
Any help would be great

i had same problem, but it was my ISP problem, after i change to another ISP everything work like a charm. can you try diferent ISP? like hotspot from mobile?

that could work but my hot spot is no where near strong enough to run geforce 😭

Where are you located and how are you connected to the internet?
Also, do NOT run GFN off a mobile network, it's literally the worst way you can use GFN.

I play at work on mobile data and work like a charm. And i tell him only to try it if it help.
