LATAM SUL is the only server provided by ABYA, located in Montevideo, Uruguay.
ABYA is a Alliance Partner, and they provide access only to their servers. Using their service, you cannot access NVIDIA server regions.
The same goes to every Alliance Partner around the world.
For that, you will need an NVIDIA account. And, if you're a subscriber, you will need to pay for NVIIDA Priority or Ultimate Memberships.

As I said before, using your ABYA account, you cannot access any NVIDIA server regions.
You can try some VPNs (of course, connecting to a Brazil server), such as Avira, Avast, ExpressVPN, NordVPN.
But again... If you're live far from Uruguay, VPNs won't do any miracles.
Usually, users from Sao Paulo region gets around 30ms.
