could be gfn congestion or isp congestion

also wifi can cause that also.. is there anyway you can test with etheret? is this happening at the same time or just random?

I have no way to test with an ethernet cable because my laptop does not allow me to do so, this happens when I make rapid movements

bummer.. well you could pickup a usb ethernet adapter and try that.. other then that im not sure.. your using the best server possible for your location... i moved from wifi to ethernet and i could see night and day difference..
