After the patching today the game remains unplayable for me because it says: cant ping any server regions, check your internet connection.

Try any other nearest server. Check if it's not a problem with the game itself (check Dota 2 server status).

its not working at all, after refreshing ping it getting stuck in "detecting ping ..."
it never shows any ping for any region and you cant search a game

i asked the CS, and the team are fixing this, if you start dota 2, you will get error code

I’m getting the error code as well
Got the same message from GeForce support asking for patience while they sort out the server patching
If it’s any consolation, this error code usually generates when Dota has pushed out a patch that GeForce hasn’t gotten to yet — hopefully once the next GeForce patch goes out, the unable to ping servers messages will go away
