Someone please help me I wanna play cyberpunk ðŸ˜
Create a support ticket:
https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/ask
Done already :/
Now, you will need to wait. We cannot help you with that.
When you have in-serve problems like that, you will always need to contact NVIDIA Support. So, save that link for future reference.
From a scale of 1 through 10 how likely do you think it is that they will help me
Please, do not use the button Reply. It will ping me, and it's not necessary.
Just post the message here, as I do.
I suggested the support ticket, as they should be able to forward your problem to the GFN team. The platform cannot remain in this state.
So, it should be fixed, of course. And you're not the only one, as other users also reported the same.
All I did was just try to log in another epic games account while I was in cyberpunk ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
God damn epic games and their horrible horrible god forsaken launcher
This time, is only on GFN. They need to check what is, internally, causing it.
Hope they manage to fix it soon. Create your support ticket, provide that same screenshot, etc.

Test different servers and check if the issue persists. Let me know the servers that you have tested on.
GFN Settings > Server Location.
Test the game in another device/Platform and check if it has the same issue.
Are you connected to a VPN? If yes, please test the Game without VPN.
Test using a different network.
If the issue persists to analyze the Query further and to assist you, please update me with the following details:
May i know do you experience this error in any specific game or all the games?
May I know the region you are accessing GeForceNow from?
May I know what store the Game account is linked to? (Steam or others).
Please run a Network Test from GeForce Now > Settings > Network test. Provide me with a screenshot of the results.
Please provide me with the email address associated with your GeForce Now account.
Which platform device are you using GeForce Now service?
Have you tested the Game on any other Device? Does the issue persist?
Please take your time and get back to me at your earliest convenience. If there are any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me.
I look forward to your reply.
That is just a initial troubleshooting steps.
You guys will need to proved the rest that is asked:
