I cannot play this game as I cannot read this. I have no idea what asian language it is. But I am located in the UK, connected to EU West and my preferred language is English. Is there a change for this to be fixed?

It shouldn't be like that.
Usually, GFN matches your OS language, uses it as GFN app language and launches your GFN sessions + supported games in that language.
If you're up to, check some videos showing where you can change - if available - the language while in-game. Then, follow the steps until you hit the language option.
If the game doesn't provide a in-game option to change the language, you need to contact NVIDIA Support.

I explained right above how you the language works on GFN.
So, to change the language, you need to change your entire operational system to the desired language. Then your GFN app will also use the same language, then your games.

I can assure you that my OS is not in whatever language it is, I have OS in English. I am also not behind VPN. First I have got a message that game is not supported in my region, I have restarted GFN and tried again and the screenshot I can see is the result. I have no issues in other games at all.
I will try youtube and check videos if there is a step-by step guide for the game. Thanks for the tip.
