Weird. It's caused by our own connection having problems to connect to GFN servers.
Which device? App or browser?
Also, make sure that you're not using any VPN or any other software that redirects your connection.
App
Also, please, don't use the Reply button here. It will ping me and it's not necessary. Thanks.
Not a single game, all games do not open
Also... Which device? macOS, Windows, Android, iPhone...
Are you using Game+ or NVIDIA account?
Game+
I registered here
geforce experience my account is open ?
It's fine.
Let's see if something is blocking your GFN app.
Try this:
https://play.geforcenow.com/
Nah. GeForce Experience and GeForce NOW are two completely different softwares.
Let's see. Give it a while.
Press the "Green" button and you should be good to go.
It will make the screen as fullscreen and you will be able to play.
About the GFN app... Things to try later...
Access the app settings (the 3 lines icon at the top left corner), go to Server Location and do not use Auto.
Game+ has two servers in Turkey. Try to switch between them and see if you manage to make it work.
this is the browser
okey
Yes. The browser version works just fine.
Some features aren't available, but it does its job.
poor graphics quality
Why is the game not working properly even on the lowest graphics?
there is no internet settings because there is no application
While playing, press CTRL+N. It will open a network stats window.
There, you can check the in-game FPS, Stream FPS and your latency.
GFN isn't meant to play at maximum settings. If it's possible, leave it as it's. Do not change it.
my internet speed is 13-15
I will be connecting 5 ghz soon, will it fix at 100 mbps for sure?
5GHz is the best and recommended for those who don't have how to use Ethernet. WiFi, in general for cloud gaming, isn't recommended.
The mininum required for GFN, is a internet speed of 25Mbps. If you have a internet lower than that, you might expect issues.
Also, keep in mind that GFN is a streaming service. Compression is expected, so you won't have a local alike experience at all.
I understand what you are saying, I'm translating
But I don't understand your last sentence, what a similarity
Video compression. GFN does have video compression due to the streaming technology.
So, the image quality cannot be compared to your local PC.
I understand, but is the mbps quality I get at 2.4 ghz any different from the mbps I get at 5 ghz?
Yes, due to 2.4GHz bandwidth limitation. Also, it's the worst way to play on GFN.
If it's possible, use Ethernet. Or, if WiFi is your only option, use 5GHz.
Do you recommend 5 ghz or 2.4 ghz wired?
As I mentioned above...
If you have the possibility to use Ethernet (or wired), use it.
If WiFi is your only option, use 5GHz.
ethernet only connects to 2.4ghz
yes, sometimes I can ask for the second time, I'm using translation, sorry.
No. Ethernet is cable, or wired internet connection from your router to your computer.
WiFi/Wireless has (not for every device) 2.4GHz [which is not recommended to GFN] and 5GHz [recommended].
Don't worry about that. You can ask as many times as you need.
thanks
you really make use of your work you care
you know, I'm entering from google, does it change anything if I don't enter from the application, I'm getting an error I showed it yesterday
Thanks. 😅
Even so, don't be afraid and try different settings on GFN settings. You can always try and see how it will perform for you.
It shouldn't be a problem.
For some reason, your application is being having some problems.
You can try to reinstall it. Or, in case you don't mind, keep using the web browser version.
I've deleted and uploaded 10 times, even changed account
before you buy premium 🤣
😅
If you're ready, I'm telling you everything that's on my mind and that I've done
In this case, I suggest you to contact Game+ support. They will be able to provide you some additional and internal support from their service.
And the best part, you can talk to them in your own language.
Just send an email to: [email protected]
I said yesterday, I entered 2.4 ghz wifi with 15-20 mbps, the image was distorted, I connected 2.4 ghz with a cable in the morning, the image was beautiful with 95 mbps, the nearby places were clear, there are some uncertainties, only the epic graphics are twitching, maybe I need to pass 5ghz as you said, I bought a usb in it, I'm waiting, my computer is only 2.4 It sees ghz, so I bought wifi usb for 5ghz, I will connect with it separately, it is 110 mbps, I tried it on the tablet, and as you said, the bandwidth is high, I hope I can get through those small openings with it.
You will manage to find your best settings. This is the idea of using GFN, to explore and find what best suits for you.
yes, as you said, it is necessary to talk about the good sides.
For example, there is no disk problem, I can go without loading the map I want, it does not freeze in seconds.
Usually, the GFN rigs supports the games just fine. It's rare to see performance problems.
Game+ doesn't have the newest technology yet. So, some recent or/and very demanding games may not reach the 60FPS.
More than enough bandwidth.
Good or bad ? 😄
More than enough = very good.
I connect to 5ghz really super I don't have any fps loss and graphics problems
I am satisfied with GeforceNow
Glad to know that. Hope you enjoy your GFN even more.
hello
