Access the app settings (the 3 lines icon at the top left corner), go to Server Location and do not use Auto.

Game+ has two servers in Turkey. Try to switch between them and see if you manage to make it work.

While playing, press CTRL+N. It will open a network stats window.
There, you can check the in-game FPS, Stream FPS and your latency.

GFN isn't meant to play at maximum settings. If it's possible, leave it as it's. Do not change it.

5GHz is the best and recommended for those who don't have how to use Ethernet. WiFi, in general for cloud gaming, isn't recommended.

The mininum required for GFN, is a internet speed of 25Mbps. If you have a internet lower than that, you might expect issues.

Also, keep in mind that GFN is a streaming service. Compression is expected, so you won't have a local alike experience at all.

Yes, due to 2.4GHz bandwidth limitation. Also, it's the worst way to play on GFN.
If it's possible, use Ethernet. Or, if WiFi is your only option, use 5GHz.

Usually, the GFN rigs supports the games just fine. It's rare to see performance problems.
Game+ doesn't have the newest technology yet. So, some recent or/and very demanding games may not reach the 60FPS.
