anyway error suggests that the card is linked to more than 1 GFN account. If it's your card I'd contact support

I don't remember ever making a gfn exchange with this card.

Usually if that's the case and you're sure you've got no other GFN accounts, after proving the ownership of the card they'll remove it/block from all accounts that use the card.
