How are you connected to the internet and have there been any issues in your area recently with your ISP?

I use ethernet when i restart my pc and dont open the vpn and test network its fine if i turn on the vpn then the ping get higher

also i live in Pakistan and internet was shutdown for a while its still being restored maybe thats causing it?

If there's maintenance happening to your internet them that's most likely why.

As there's a degradation in your bandwidth.
