gfn keeps glitching even though i use ethernet. Why is that?

Ethernet doesn't mean always free from any problems. It just prevents you from having problems related to WiFi, and provide the best connection from your PC to GFN servers.
Your message doesn't help any of us to understand what is happening.
What you mean by "keeps glitching"?
Provide more info, do some network tests, share your CTRL+N stats after playing for a few minutes, check if you're having latency spike, check if you're having packet loss.
