You can't magically increase capacity. It costs money. Free tier is also meant to be used as a demo for priority but you're not using it as that. It's not false advertisement that GFN is at capacity, it works as intended for many others. Again, it's free, free can only go so far and you can only be frustrated at the service to a certain extent.

I don't think that the server is at capacity, because any time you try to play it get this msg, seems like a bug, some games have only 40-60 players in the wait, some games you almost enter but when the number gets down to 1 this msg pop ups
