My mouse bugs everytime I launch fortnite

So basically ill launch fortnite, and like whenever i play my mouse just freezes and like stops working for a good few seconds and this happens every 15 seconds. on every other game it works fine but fortnite

ive tried lowering my mouse pollerating rate, doing what yall recommended to those people and it just seems it doesnt work
