I don't know what the problem is, for reference I'm using my phone for this, but everytime I try to launch anything it just says it can't connect and hits me with an error code 80350066, an error code 11, or says that it can't connect to NVIDIA servers. Nothing I've found online has been helpful in fixing it or diagnosing the issue, and the NVIDIA live agent that I was talking to to try and get it figured out just asked for the screenshots of my connection test and then never said anything else. My connection is fine (albeit on my main network it does say it could cause stuttering, but doesn't say anything about not being able to start games) and I really can't figure it out. I've rebooted the app, force stopped, cleared data, reinstalled, restarted my phone, restarted my network, and tried a vpn to see if that would help any to no luck. It only booted a game one time and that's because by some divine intervention it booted to the steam big picture main screen. There's really no screenshots for me to put on here as I feel I've described everything in well enough detail, however if needed I can.

neither of those have produced any results, the live chat people just stop responding after a while its weird
i have found a temporary fix where i can launch the games with a vpn active and then turn it off. works fine with no latency issues or anything but it kinda sucks i have to do that every time
