Any other game, if it's not the Steam ones, works just fine. Right?

I asked the second question, because if you do that, it might break the Steam sessions.
But, in any case, as you're able to play other games, you need to contact NVIDIA Support.
Something might be broken in your user profile, and only them will be able to help you out.
