I was having issue like you. First I disconnected Steam and other accounts from GFN and log out Geforce now account and then I reinstalled GeForce Now and also cleared the temp folder in Local. Then I logged in to GFN and it worked for me.
Google the error code and also check out this site.

i did go through them resources ahead of time, the person on live chat didnt know how to help, he asked if he could email me back shortly with more info and that was hours ago
Just continue waiting, if they still don't respond, contact them again.
okay, my days winding winding down. I contacted them at about 9am ATC so about 10 and a half hours ago, maybe give it till tomorrow morning and retry? Sorry for all the questions, I just usually dont get much help from the live chat.

Update, still no email and the live chat isnt up right now, this is kind of the worst service ive gotten from nvidia, usally its pretty good, but i find it crazy that between 3 support workers ive talked to no bodys been able to help me or atleast reach out and say "hey we just know" instead there leaving me in the dust....
i had issues fixed within 2 minutes last time i used nvidia live chat, but this one here be crazy, i asked the one guy for a survey or a place to leave a review and he ended the chat session on me lol, i know theres surveys i did one last time, live chat needs to be looked into and more monitored
Anyways just warnings for anyone looking into the service, if i pay for a service i expect the service to work, if it dosnt i expect support, something i have not got what so ever the last 24 hours..

I understand that sorry about the rant, i did mange to get somebody helpful today and the game was down and in maintenance within minutes. So hopefully they'll have it back up by tomorrow or something
