I use North America East, I use Ethernet, and i don't know what you mean by stream settings, and no other devices are connected when playing.

You didn't read my entire message or you used GFN's built in recorder,
If you did use GFN's built in recorder, don't use that as I can't see the overlay,
Use another recorder, like GameBar or OBS.
