it keeps giving me this error on any game idk why

does anyone know why I'm keep getting this error and what's wrong?

No one knows, actually. It's happening randomly with a few users, doesn't matter the game.

Oh yeah, that happened to me on some eu regions. I was waiting to play Fortnite and that error came up.
