What are your internet speeds?
How are you connected to your internet?
Are there any devices connected to the internet when playing?

I have the same issue when I use the windows app but its better (at least playable) when I use the browser

i just waited a 2 or 3 hour long que just to get in and the game being way laggier than usual too while using the same wifi i always am

i am having the same happening to me, suddenly the ping spikes to a couple hundred ms
