It is, and I can confirm this
If you constantly keep joining, but wait after every two games you try to join because you’re joining too fast, but then you’ll eventually get in the game
The max capacity is 500 people
You can get in with 499 people
It’s annoying
But you’d have to wait later for the servers to calm down or just test your luck to get in
