Let me explain you what could be happening there...
As I can see, you are Polish.
Ubisoft games works with a few game IDs around the world. Sometimes, the version within the GFN servers doesn't match with the version that you own.
Then, you have the "wrong version" to play on GFN.
is there a fix for this?
As you showed to us that you are trying to play the version that you own, we cannot do much to help you here.
What I suggest, is to contact NVIDIA and Ubisoft support, then see if they are able to help you out.
