What if it is not free? I got the premium Annual and i have 100 people of me during after work hours for the past few nights. In the end I have not touched Geforce now for a week and install the game and play on my pc instead. Check with my local GeforceNow helpdesk, they told me to upgrade to Premium Pro but i still have months to renewal so i have to make do with it with my current tier. For example, I have this 16 people 20 mins ago, and now is 14. Now I am not sure what am I paying for.

Yes, I am trying to work with both local provider and geforcenow team on this issue that I am experiencing long queue (queue not moving for an hour) and I am proposing if I can do an upgrade in the middle of my plan as I want to experience the same service as before. Still waiting for them to get back to me.
It will be great, if there is an option to upgrade in the middle of plan. As I didn't know the queue will be that long before. Used for past 4 months and the queue was like 0-20mins and nothing but good review.
As I am typing this I was queueing ~20mins ago (121) and now I'm at 112. (9:57pm) i think it will only be my turn during midnight. I cannot change game, if not I will need to requeue. 😿
Sorry to take this thread to post my own experience/issue, as I find we have the same queueing issue.

even for the free tier thats absurd
normally its 100 - 150 maybe 200 on weekends

For alliance servers, they don't have as many servers unlike NVIDIA, and again, for a free service, you can't complain about it. It's also the only free streaming service available currently.
