I stand in a queue of 150 people even though it's a priority, I play 30 minutes and the game crashes and there I go to a queue of 1 hour and 30 minutes to play another 30 minutes even though I'm a priority!!!

Anyway, Luna is correct. The priority tier doesn't skip the queue, it just lets you get first dibs (or top Priority) on a virtual machine when one opens up, but there's still other people with priority who want to use the machine, so there's still a queue.
it's like having a fastpass at a theme park ride. You jump 90% of the queue, but you still have to wait for your turn because other people got the fast pass
Tbh, this isn't a common thing to happen anyway, the only times you can expect this to happen is when a big game drops on GFN (like with cyberpunk while back) or if a server goes down
If we use the theme park metaphor, a big game dropping on GFN is the equivalent of a brand new ride coming to the park and everyone wants to try it out, and the server going down is like if a ride is under maintenance so people flock to other rides in the meantime.

I play RUST, I play a little and out of nowhere it just closes, then I go back to the queue all over again, after about 30 minutes of play and it closes
