For some reason GeforceNOW has banned my account. I didn't even know that you could get banned from the service. I want to know if support could help me with a reason for the ban as well as seeing if an appeal can be made.

Also, no ban notification was sent to my email.

For some reason, the free version is still available to me. One would think that a ban from the service would mean a ban from the whole service.

Nevermind, I just logged out then tried to log in but I was banned. No more free version for me then.

Nope, I called the customer service number and got my account back in 5 minutes.
