Hey Sly! You might need to restart your game after purchasing, also could you check which version of the game you’re on?
I updated the game after I purchased the DLC and did multiple restarts but it doesn't seem to sync. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled.
I see, could you head to your game's settings and check if the DLC is set to install?
it is set to install, yes

Could you try logging-out/logging back in to your account? it should clear your local data, hopefully that should prompt your game to receive the item
