#Glitch while opening game.

It's likely that there's a local data corruption
Can you zip up this data for us
<YourWindowsUserName>\AppData\LocalLow\Weyrdworks\Weyrdlets
After that, delete that entire folder and try logging out from title screen and back in.
It didn't work.
I have a Dell E176FP running with Dell Optiplex if that helps any.

Hmmm this woudn't be a hardware issue.
- Can I know your in-game user name?
- Also did you happen to zip up those files before deleting? 🙂
- Have you also tried reinstalling the game?
Yeah it's Moon Blossom and I did zip them.
Oh. Yeah you can DM me the zip file so I can check it 🙂
Done
Hmmm there's no problem with the online data as far as I can tell. The offline data shouldn't be a problem after logging out since that's cleared too.
Logging out from the title screen and relogging back in should give you new data from the server which should be smooth sailing. You had a bed and a cute stool.
If it does happen again. Could you do this step:
- press CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+F2
- It'll show you a window that looks something like this, if you see any red dots 🔴 please click on them and send us the message at the bottom

Ah this is super helpful!!! Looks like it's related to your monitor which explains why refreshing local data doesn't work for you.
Tagging @frosty iron in to look into this for you 🙂
Thanks

Can you tell us more about your monitor?
Resolution
RefreshRate
Anything special about it
Resolution: 1280x1024
Dell E176FP refresh rates 60 and 75
Intel 4600 graphics.
VGA
The Dell Optiplex i have only supports Displayport and VGA
Hmm I'm assuming the current refresh rate is 75?
No, 60

cute pikachu
Ah okay the problem isn't the refresh rate. It's the resolution.
1280x1024 is not a supported resolution. You need at least a 16:10 aspect ratio
1280x1024 is almost a square. Didn't know they made screens like that
Yes they do. Any way the game can allow support for the res
No. Going to this resolution will break the game UI. It has to be 16:10 at least
I have a 16 by 9 monitor too stored
16:9 is supported too 🙂
Yay! Glad to know it works for you now 😄
