It's likely that there's a local data corruption

Can you zip up this data for us

<YourWindowsUserName>\AppData\LocalLow\Weyrdworks\Weyrdlets

After that, delete that entire folder and try logging out from title screen and back in.

It didn't work.

I have a Dell E176FP running with Dell Optiplex if that helps any.

Hmmm this woudn't be a hardware issue.

  1. Can I know your in-game user name?
  2. Also did you happen to zip up those files before deleting? 🙂
  3. Have you also tried reinstalling the game?
prisma radish
#

Yeah it's Moon Blossom and I did zip them.

restive tartan
#

Oh. Yeah you can DM me the zip file so I can check it 🙂

Hmmm there's no problem with the online data as far as I can tell. The offline data shouldn't be a problem after logging out since that's cleared too.

Logging out from the title screen and relogging back in should give you new data from the server which should be smooth sailing. You had a bed and a cute stool.

If it does happen again. Could you do this step:

  1. press CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+F2
  2. It'll show you a window that looks something like this, if you see any red dots 🔴 please click on them and send us the message at the bottom

Can you tell us more about your monitor?

Resolution
RefreshRate
Anything special about it

prisma radish
#

Resolution: 1280x1024

Dell E176FP refresh rates 60 and 75

Intel 4600 graphics.
VGA

#

The Dell Optiplex i have only supports Displayport and VGA

restive tartan
#

Hmm I'm assuming the current refresh rate is 75?

prisma radish
#

No, 60

restive tartan

Ah okay the problem isn't the refresh rate. It's the resolution.

#

1280x1024 is not a supported resolution. You need at least a 16:10 aspect ratio

#

1280x1024 is almost a square. Didn't know they made screens like that pikawow

prisma radish
#

Yes they do. Any way the game can allow support for the res

restive tartan
#

No. Going to this resolution will break the game UI. It has to be 16:10 at least

prisma radish
#

I have a 16 by 9 monitor too stored

restive tartan
#

16:9 is supported too 🙂

prisma radish
#

YES! Other monitor made game work

#

Thanks

restive tartan

Yay! Glad to know it works for you now 😄
