Ah is the polyshape a probuilder thing?
I haven't used probuilder before, but I believe that there's an option to bake the mesh to a single file like a .obj or .stl, I think unity only accepts those for the mesh filter
It is, yeah. I’m not seeing that option, it’s just strange it’s given a name in inspector but it’s nowhere else to be found
Yeah the probuilder meshes are a little different than normal, though I am wondering why you're trying to copy the mesh component of the shape?
You can always throw it into a prefab if that's what you need
I tried creating a prefab from the shape and from a group of the objects, the prefab is invisible. I just need to seperate a scene I have into two scenes
Interesting, it's definitely some probuilder shenanigans then, I'm afraid I haven't the answer for that.
No worries, maybe you can help me with this one; when exporting an fbx, is there a way to get all this to stick including the smoothness?
