I have updated the unity hub version (3.1.1). When I go to click "log in" no window opens to log in with my account

first try signing into unity on your browser and then see if it works

second, also make sure unity hub has access to the internet, that firewall popup needs to be set to allow internet access on private networks. Check your firewall settings it might have been blocked on the update
