my problem with a menu

I have a menu in a game it has 2 scroll views and one button. I use the eventsystem first selected thing to use a keyboard to select buttons and what not. When I press left arrow and it highlights the scroll bar on the scroll view, I can then go left and right be tween the 2 scroll views, when I go down on either scroll view it scrolls down, same with up. My problem is that I cant get back to the button, how could I go from highlighting the scroll view to the button with my arrow keys? Btw the 2 scroll views are side to side while the button is below

also I'd like to know how to make a button stay selected after its clicked, even if I click on the screen (not on a button ofc)
