Also to note I'm being asked for a Tax number which is probably provided if you own a company, which I clearly don't own 😄 I'm confused with it ^^

If you select no, the price of the asset increases as on screenshot below. If you select Yes, then you need to provide the Tax Number.

Not related to the tax but unity as a hobby is not recommended

Anyways, you have to pay consumption tax, even if you don't own a company.
