Help out of points?

So i had an account in unity for years, just installed unity again and downloaded the Ai assistant, it tells me i have no points? Havent used any? How do i fix or add points?

Make sure you have signed up for the beta. Points are free while in beta

Hello @slate jacinth I signed up at least 2 times during Feb but I'm still not in the beta... Do you have any idea why? Are they still accepting new members in the beta or not?

According to the Beta forum thread there is new wave of subscriptions coming next week. You might want to also email them directly at [e-mail]

Thanks for the info. Yes, I have tried several times to contact the Unity AI team ([e-mail]) without receiving any response so far. Fingers crossed for next week, then.

i send them an email hopefully i will get in, no way to just buy the points then ?

no, its free during the beta.

I suggest you to check your Unity AI section because if you are lucky probably we are already in. I tell you this because today I received the same email, then I figured out I already have points for my org ID so they probably added me in the beta today.
