Teaching how lists work

Lists are like these classes that let you store large amounts of a set other class. here i have an example of a List of integers (in the bottom right you can see what the Start() method does)

yeah i can mostly understand this code, but it gets extremely complicated when i try to do it

its super confusing accessing children of objects and having to do weird methods
