Looking for Sprite and 3d animator and designer

This is an unpaid position, I'm looking for someone who likes to make assets, mobs characters weapons, knows how to make them or is still learning about how to make them , doesn't like coding and making this connect in unity if you know what I mean, I will code everything make everything work I just need you to make the assets and design all the 3d models for enemies mobs characters items and more including rigging and attack idle and death animations using the tool you want(blender Maja etc..) any profit will be split 50/50
