Some parts of the shader, specifically the outline use blender features I dont think are availible in unity, is there some workaround that I could use?

From my experience/observations, most Node based systems share, I would say, about 90% of 'features'. As for features/nodes specific to anything else, they're usually using a combination of existing nodes/features, just condensed into a single node, so there's usually a workaround. You specifically mention the outline, there are a bunch of different ways to create outlines in shader graph.
