You can use a USB stick to install windows. You can download it for free. You can use it indefinitely without purchase, AFAIK, but it will have a Watermark on it, and you can't change certain visual things like themes.

can do the Linux way of downloading the win 11 iso and then using rufus, or you can just use the Media Creation tool, which does everything for you
