well, break out your game into smaller tasks
- make first person movement
- make enemy AI follows you
- make enemy AI wanders around
- check if you can see enemy
- health system
- etc etc
Itll teleport every time the time reaches down to 0 which allows the enemy to teleport behind the player
and when player looks behind and makes the enemy go away by facing their back towards to the enemy will go away
and time will go back to its defauly
and count down

iirc, unity provide first person movement system in the starter kit. That could be a good start
