Neither of them are producing errors
The color and other properties are meant to show that Lit features are working
idk, but when I connect to the fragment and ctrl + S it give those error

Do you use the direct material from the shader graph? I'm creating a new material and using that shader graph to override the texture.
I can see the material in your object can't override

Even this is enough to do it, as long as it's not the shader's default material
Also, vertex color node doesn't produce any result besides white, even with the readonly material
Did you try to clear the shader after getting that error? because I still get that even change to default...
I think this will be a stop for Unity 6 until they fix it somehow. Back to 2022 for me hazzz

But the functionality is quite limited
Probably will have to, that said sprite renderers never worked quite right with Lit shaders
Mainly because they don't generate tangents for whatever reason
