Many members ask questions in channel for discussions because most people chat there. General-help channel would be useful because people would use it for their questions and get answers (unlike in thematic channels, people will use it for chatting with less traffic but ask their questions in general-help first to find someone who can help)

We have intentionally avoided creating channels that invite questions from every category. Dividing traffic and allowing specialization seems like a better setup.
