Not gonna lie you need to improve those graphics and textures
the terrains look straight out from a roblox game
this is mainly a testing map, if you’ve got time in the next few weeks i would love for someone to help me with map creation
i can sketch out a plan of a new map
they are all unity asset store random things i found 😅
don’t have budget for buying good quality assets or time for creation right now, focusing on the codebase

do you use probuilder? if so do you think you could make a building interor (its fine if not, but would be cool to have buildings you can enter)
no i dont usually put them piece by piece

Theres a cut thing if you like but a block inside of another block, the intersection will be cut

it’s a mix of multiple shaders i found online + some custom code
idk how else to fit them though

obviously the assets still look like roblox but the shadows improved it
i got some better assets like ground texture from quixel, and some PBR grass and trees
now unity is crashing when i try to bake lightmap 😭

I think myself that the terrain looks great, add some AO, DOF, grass, wind, and some better contrast and tonemapping and it will look great.

wouldn't really upload on github if i were you
someone can steal your project and make it of his own easily
tho idk how github works
its private, noone can clone it unless i give them explicit permission
