Area lights themselves cannot be included in reflection probes, only their light can be
But they will be included in specular reflections

When enabling the area light it illuminates the room with its diffuse and specular light, the latter of which can be seen reflected on the mesh
I've got a glass table, and I'm using area lights for the lighting for the chandeliers. When you look at the glass, I see both the chandeliers and the box for the area light. Im trying to get rid of the box in my reflections.
Did you try this setting of the area light Emission
Probe baked with area light, then Affect Specular disabled after that
That worked, but as soon as I disable it I look specular on all my objects. I just need to remove it only on my glass
You could use Light Layers to exclude the specific light from the table
