To my knowledge, that should be accurate.
Green being the top, then the "peachy color" being right side and then the darker blue being left side.
i have never seen it like this
why is it only 1 block?
Because I'm testing some stuff, I haven't made a full tileset
I'm just learning and experimenting with stuff
So for now I started with a simple 1 tile block.
phew.. got no plan ๐

It looks like he is doing that kind of stuff.
Here is the easiest way that I have found for making normal maps for pixel art sprites, with a bit of experimentation and practice I'm sure this is a method anyone can use.

but guess you did that already
Maybe I just misunderstand how lighting works exactly, and it could be behaving correct.
The fact that I'm learning, and don't know what I don't know, makes this difficult. XD
Because everything seems like what I'm doing is the correct way.
Is your island there made out of several blocks?
Yeah, the same block, as a tilemap painted along a grid.
Hm
Most the lighting stuff seems to be working, it just doesn't seem to want to light in 360 degrees.
Tis 3am though, so I shall sleep.. maybe after sleep I'll figure out what's going on.
Thanks for the attempt to help though @urban crystal
These colors are too extreme and assuming the palette is right, they represent angles that are almost facing away from the camera which isn't right for this geometry
These are the shades I'd try, and also not have the dark green borders as that color also has a particular normal
Here's the kind of normals Blender gives for an isometric cube from this angle
Not all those colors can be found on your palette but definitely one of these two is more correct
Smart ๐คฉ
I'm still very new to this, so this is good to know and try out, I didn't even think about the border also having a map value
