Also, I looked online for solutions and tried to apply them but none worked
They were like reinstalling the hub, the version, Disabling Development builds, Changing the IL2CPP Code Generation to Smaller (Faster) builds, changeing the Managed Code Stripping level in the player settings to a higher value
Or even deleting Bee folder

Here's the actually important part of the error(that got cut).

I can't read French so no clue what it means. Something about a virus?

Just move it to a normal drive/folder. Copy paste.

Okay: great news

Essentially I checked my anti virus and it resulted I had this weird RAV turned on

#

I disabled both windows antivirus and uninstalled this RAV stuff, and now it lets me build!
